This is one of Hasegawa’s range of egg planes but given the Tirydium Models touch!! Landing light, navigation lights and flickering engines.
Great little kit and very much a fun build.

The June edition of Airfix Model World is out today and includes a feature on the award winning Tilan 5 tank diorama by Dave Oliver which includes a custom lighting kit by Tirydium Models.
All my lighting kits are available at http://www.tirydiummodels.co.uk and include Sci-Fi and Aircraft.
New kits in development include 1/32 Moebius Original Series Cylon Raider from BSG and 1/48 Hurricane Mk1 for the new Airfix kit.
See the Tirydium Models Facebook page.
The next lighting kit on the work bench is for Revell’s Into Darkness Enterprise.
The kit will be fully wired and hopefully run off a 9V Lithium battery making it detachable from its stand, for those who want to run round a dark room with the model lit!
Will feature single & twin flash beacons, deflector light, interior lights, chasing bussards, impulse drive and warp drive. There will also be some sequencing of the engines to have Impulse, half Warp and full Warp.
First video of sequencing.
Second with parts all built up.
Still a few weeks away from release but will be around £70 – £80.
Finally got round to setting up a YouTube Channel for the Lighting Kits.
The kit developed for Pegasus’ Nautilus kit can be seen here:
I was asked if any of the aircraft kits could be modified to suit 1/72nd scale, first up is the Hawk T1.
Will be looking at the Eurofighter next, currently available for the 1/32 scale Revell kit and if I can squeeze lights into a Hawk the Eurofighter shouldn’t be too much of an issue!
